11 Holiday Homes at Finnygook Lane, Portwrinkle
We were approached by a private developer who had a scheme for 11 holiday homes in the picturesque village of Portwrinkle in southeast Cornwall. The scheme, which overlooks the sea to the south is on a steeply sloping site but benefitted from a full planning approval. 4D Architects Studio were therefore tasked with leading the design team to produce the detailed design package to allow building regulations consent to be obtained and packages procured to allow work to the commence on site.
